Okay you guys it’s time for

What I Bought Vs What I Got (cue applause) lol. Some of you are familiar with how this works if not, no worries I will explain. I am an advanced online shopper and about 90% of my wardrobe has been purchased online. Many people ask where I purchase from and there’s many online shops, boutiques, department stores, Amazon and places in China. I am a bit adventurous with trying new online stores 🤷🏽‍♀️ I tend to look for things that are different or stand out. I am also cheap and proud of it! I see a lot of boutiques on Instagram that offer the same items but prices can be super expensive and the decent prices tend to be “sold out” . A lot of shops only purchase a limited quantity like 1 -3 in different sizes to test the waters and see if they hit. So I’m the type to shop around and get some thing similar. I love wearing pieces because I can get the most use out of them. I love to layer and switch things up.

I have a few Tips when ordering online

1. Know your Dimensions.. Measure yourself or have someone help you. It’s important to avoid getting ill fitting clothes. Purchase one item as a test and then you will know your size for that particular store(it varies)

2. Read the item details. It should tell you the type of fabric or if there’s in stretch.

3. Read comments and reviews. Especially on Amazon. It’s really helpful especially the one with pictures then you can actually see the material and the fit. ( leave reviews as well)

4. When shopping at a boutiques or store it’s important to READ the store policy and shipping rates and timeframes before purchasing anything.

I get some hits and misses but because I’m cheap it’s not a lot out my pockets lol and I make sure I can return if it’s something a little more pricey.

Today I received 2 items I ordered on Amazon for a fraction of the cost! I am in several discount code groups on Facebook and they are bomb! Let me know if you want the info and I will send it to you! Okay so back to the items, I ordered a crisp long white wrap shirt and and faux matte leather leggings both totaled to be $18 on Amazon. I ordered an XL in both because it was the largest size. I admit I was a bit concerned about the leggings but they fit great,has good stretch and very soft. Overall I think it’s a win!
